This is a public posting of the Justification and Approval (J&A) for Contract Number FA286026P0013, awarded to Clean Harbors Environmental Services Inc. on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of RFO 6.103-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency.

1. Contracting Office: 316 Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762.

2. Description of Action: This notice publicizes the J&A for the retroactive/immediate award of a Time and Materials (T&M) Purchase Order.
