Full-Scale Emergency Exercise – Eastmain River, Waskaganish and Wemindji Airport

Transport Canada’s Programs Group is seeking to conduct full-scale, in-person emergency exercises at three airports: Eastmain River Airport, Waskaganish Airport, and Wemindji Airport. These exercises are required to comply with section 302.208 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations and must be completed before October 16, 2026, with scheduling to be finalized upon contract award. The exercises are mandated to occur during regular business hours, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, within the year 2026 to ensure regulatory compliance. The solicitation is issued by the Department of Transport under the Government of Canada and is designated for performance primarily in Quebec (excluding the National Capital Region).
