The Control Systems include but is not limited to all components listed in a Government provided document for approx 4400 programmed "points". Contractor will be required to work Government established hours and respond to emergency jobs 24 hours a day within (2) hours of a call out. Contractor will be selected based on the lowest hourly rate, documented experience, qualifications and proposed work plan as requested in the "Submittal requirements" of the SOW. The proposed contract is a small business set aside. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. Materials, workmanship, and installation shall comply with the latest edition of all applicable codes and industry standards and these specifications. Contractor is responsible for field verification of all material sizes and quantities necessary for the performance of this project before quoting. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: All GFE in Attachment B of the SOW will be provided. PERFORMANCE PERIOD is: 01 APR - 30 SEP 2010.
