California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI or University) is requesting proposals from firms qualified to provide Full-Service Campus-Wide Elevator and Chair Lift Maintenance. The proposals will be evaluated by a committee selected by the University and award will be made in the best interest of the University.
The services provided by the Contractor shall be for full maintenance of the elevators and chair lifts and their equipment at the subject property on a monthly, urgent, and emergency need basis; but not limited to, stage lifts, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, or any other equipment similar to elevator equipment and governed by the elevator authority.
