FURNISH LABOR AND MATERIALS TO CONDUCT ANNUAL INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND SELECT REPAIR FOR BOILERS, HOT WATER HEATERS, AND HEAT EXCHANGERS AT VARIOUS SITES.”

The Newark Housing Authority accepts sealed bids to “Furnish Labor and Materials to Conduct Annual Inspection, Maintenance, and Select repair for Boilers, Hot Water Heaters, and Heat Exchangers as needed .” Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) procurement. The contract term shall be for two (2) years with an option to extend for one (1) year terms. Obtaining the R.F.P. : Interested companies can obtain a copy of the complete Request for Proposals (R.F.P.) on the Newark Housing Authority website (https://newarkha.org/ ) and at www.bidsync.com . The N.H.A. will receive sealed Bids via www.periscopeholdings.com/S2G (known as Bid Sync) only and no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 02, 2024.
NO PAPER BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED . Bid forms and contract documents, including specifications, can be located at www.periscopeholdings.com/S2G.com. There is no fee associated with registration, download, I.F.B. submission, or any other activities related to Newark Housing Authority opportunities on the Periscope S2G platform.
