THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.
In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for:

HHATB3S2LT-$(P2)-.PR6-.X-.MEM 3 Stage 2 leg Rectangle T Foot – 4 each

Labor: Disassemble, transport, rebuild, and reinstall 14 modular workstations using existing furniture pieces and procuring the above furniture pieces – 1 Lot
to Modular Systems Specialists (MSS), 1631 Walter Street, Ventura, CA 93003 as MSS maintains the original design drawings and specifications for form-fit-function between the existing modular workstations to be disassembled (including the new furniture parts referenced above) and then reassembled at a different site, providing for successful re-integration of the modular workstations.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 06/15/2026 @ 3 PM PST. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D800000/E800000-0001 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
