FPI FY 2017 Market Share Report Pursuant to legislative requirements, 18 U.S.C., Section 4122, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (FPI) has prepared its FY 2017 Market Share Report. The report details FPI's share of Federal procurements within each Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for which FPI recorded sales during FY 2017. In accordance with the Board of Director's 20 percent resolution, FPI will annually evaluate the market share for each FSC product class to determine if its market share reaches 20 percent or higher. At this time, there are no mandatory FSCs that qualify under the Board's resolution. The Market Share Report is available to interested parties, and requests should be made to: Deputy Chief, Corporate Communications and Support Branch, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., 320 First Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20534.
