FY 26/27 Annual On-Call Concrete Repairs And Improvements At Various Locations In The City Of Hanford

Bid #RFB 2027-07 / Project No. 20110000-772000: The City of Hanford is seeking an annual on-call contractor for concrete repair and improvement services at various locations. The scope of work includes the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, and ADA ramp repairs. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of concrete work, including grading, compaction, forming, pouring, and finishing, as well as providing all necessary materials, labor, and incidentals. All ADA repairs must incorporate detectable warning surfaces that comply with ADA standards. Concrete specifications require a minimum 28-day compression strength of 2,500 psi for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and ADA ramps, and 3,250 psi for driveway approaches. The City will handle demolition, inspections, hauling, traffic control, and asphalt pavement replacement. The contractor must grade and compact work areas to City Standards and remove all debris upon completion. Work will be assigned on an on-call basis, with a guaranteed minimum value of $3,000 per job.
