Basis for Award
The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract. The award will be made to the responsible interested offeror submitting the lowest total price for all CLINs, whose quote conforms to all solicitation requirements and Performance Work Statement details.
The Government will evaluate quotes by first ranking all quotes by price and demonstrated past performance. It will then evaluate the lowest-priced quote for technical acceptability. If the lowest-priced quote is technically acceptable and submitted by a responsible quoter, an award will be made without evaluating other quotes. Past Performance must be demonstrated by providing previous award numbers with the quote.
Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments to the solicitation. All interested and responsible small businesses shall submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Please download the attached solicitation documents for full details and instructions.
