The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company for the FY18-23 Air and Missile Defense Radar AN/SPY-6(V) Integration and Production Support. The government has identified Raytheon as the only provider with the necessary expertise and facilities to fulfill these requirements without causing unacceptable delays. While the action is intended as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1, the government allowed a window for interested parties to submit proposals or identify capabilities. Entities seeking to participate in the project as subcontractors are directed to contact Raytheon Company directly.
