FY2026-2027 Water Tank Cleaning Project

The FY2026-2027 Water Tank Cleaning Project is a solicitation by the City of Burlingame, California, for the inspection and cleaning of ten city-owned potable water storage facilities across six locations, including the Hillside Reservoir, Skyview Reservoir, Alcazar Tanks, Donnelly Tanks, Mills Reservoir, and Washington Well. The scope of work involves clearing sediment from the interior of these facilities, primarily while they remain in service, and performing a comprehensive condition assessment. Eligible bidders must hold a Class A or C-61/D-12 license, be DIR registered, and be located within 150 miles of Burlingame. Bids must be submitted via the PB System by July 27, 2026, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The project must be completed within 60 working days from the Notice to Proceed.
