IC and MIBS are listed on the 470 to account for "equivalent" model equipment licensing or software whose SKUs USAC considers to be IC or MIBS.
Aurora Public Schools is seeking three (3) year Networking Central renewal licensing for existing E-STU Aruba access points AP Foundation, and network switches under Aruba E-STU Networking Central Switch Classes, 1, 3, 4, and 5 or equivalent. The District is not requesting any new hardware. All associated access points and switches are already owned and installed. This solicitation is for licensing and related support services only.
Bidders must provide the E-rate eligibility of each SKU being bid using the attached pricing worksheet. See the attached specifications for complete technical requirements, bid timeline, and bid response requirements.
Requested services (6 line items): - Category 2 — Internal Connections — Wireless Access Points And Necessary Software And Licenses - Category 2 — Managed Internal Broadband Services — Existing Equipment - Category 2 — Internal Connections — Switches And Necessary Software And Licenses
State/local procurement requirements: Proposals or information requests must submitted to the applicant contact as directed in the attached specifications. As required by E-rate rules, all proposals in response to this Form 470 must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price ("LCP") see https://www.usac.org/e-rate/service-providers/step-2-responding-to-bids/lowestcorresponding-price/. Subject to contract restrictions, services may be reevaluated for cost-effectiveness any time during the year. Demonstrations are not desired. By submitting an offer on the requested services herein, the vendor certifies its proposed services and/or products are in compliance with Part 47 Section 54.9 and 54.10 of the FCC rules which prohibits the sale, provision, maintenance, modification, or other support of equipment or services provided or manufactured by Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company posing a national security threat to the integrity of communications networks or the communications supply chain.
