The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES), is seeking to establish multiple Human Care Agreements to provide work readiness training at the District of Columbia Infrastructure Academy (DCIA) to assist eligible District residents in enhancing their education and skill levels and in preparing for, finding, and retaining employment. Interested participants must complete the Request for Qualifications Form 1900 and supply the supporting documentation. The Contracting Officer will use this form and supporting documentation to qualify the financial and professional responsibility of the organization. Interested participants shall respond to the solicitation, hereto attached in section 2, for The DCIA Automotive Mechanical (ASE) Training Services.
