FY26 - 27 COBH Grease Interceptor Maintenance

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, via Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare, is soliciting bids for the biannual maintenance of a 1,500-gallon grease interceptor at its hospital at 2200 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio. The contract spans two fiscal years, covering State Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026) and State Fiscal Year 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027). Maintenance is to be performed every August and February, with all work scheduled through the hospital’s Maintenance Department during regular weekday business hours. Any unscheduled services require prior written authorization. The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials. After each service, a written report documenting the amount disposed of must be submitted to the Plant Services Office. Eligible bidders must employ trained personnel who are either company employees or directly supervised, and they must meet all relevant local, city, and state regulatory requirements. Proper maintenance permits and registrations are required, and contractors must have no unresolved findings for recovery under Ohio law. The selected contractor will ensure proper operation of the grease interceptor to support the hospital’s mission in providing effective mental health and addiction services to the community.
