Below notes are from MSR 24835882 which completed Trapper's priority#1 and #2, Sanda Ave. This MSR should continue with this prioritized list based on allotted funding for FY26 project execution. RRM 4/23/2025 - Determination of available amount pending, but all requirements should be included and line will be drawn once amount is established, then future project developed based on what work is left that still needs accomplished. RBH to have prioritized list to FSC by COB Friday 25 April 2025. FMS to provide detailed locations Michelle: MSR 23407121 - Repair/Repave Portion of Shoffel Rd. Near Mag GRP3 The part of Shoffel Road leading towards the old bunkers (1840, 721, 722) is riddled in deep potholes that present a safety concern to Marine traffic both foot and wheeled. We want to look into doing a comprehensive repair of the road to mitigate any risk to personnel and equipment going forward. Make passage safe for foot traffic and vehicles that constantly use that road for physical training and logistical support for vital training. Sterling: MSR 22913383 - Repair Concrete at Multiple Magazines and Two Ordnance Facilities, YORK-YORK 7/5/2023 WRM; Vance to talk with Bruce about how get this done with the shops. May or may-not be possible via shops. Does not have an ESAMS report for the issue, so DL score does not reflect a safety issue. PWO wants safety to get a ESAMS report for this project. Base Safety reported multiple magazines that have concrete issues, including breaking, cracking, spalling, and magazine headwall concrete coming loose in chucks posing a risk to NMC storage personnel and NAVFAC technicians who perform work on the magazines.
