Offerors must be registered in SAM, comply with electronic payment mandates, and submit only required documentation within a 4MB email limit—no hand-delivered or faxed submissions are accepted. The NAICS code is 811210 for electronic equipment repair and maintenance, and while no specific small business set-aside is declared, all offerors must meet general responsibility criteria and disclose any existing government-wide or VA contracts under which pricing is being submitted. The contract includes a 6-month option to extend services, and failure to meet OEM authorization requirements, submit incomplete documentation, or deliver unauthorized components will result in contract breach and potential termination. All communication regarding this solicitation must go through the designated Contract Specialist, Crystal Volmar, and any unauthorized contact may lead to disqualification.
