FY26 EUCOM Construction

The U.S. Government, through the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Counter Narcotics and Global Threats, is pursuing small-scale design-build construction projects under Title 10, U.S.C. Section 284(c)(1)(B) to support foreign national security forces in Europe and Eurasia. Key personnel must include a qualified project superintendent and quality control staff, who may be combined into one role if fully qualified. All personnel performing work overseas are required to be covered by Defense Base Act insurance and medical evacuation coverage, and the entire scope is classified as unclassified.
