The work covers administrative functions including calendar and meeting coordination, high-volume correspondence management, recordkeeping, travel planning, and the use of government systems such as the Defense Travel System and Microsoft Office Suite. All personnel must hold a final SECRET security clearance, be U.S. citizens, possess a Common Access Card with PKI credentials, and complete mandatory DoD and Navy security training, adhering strictly to SSP M-5510.1 and DD Form 254 security protocols. The contract includes a base period from March 18, 2027, through March 17, 2028, with four one-year option periods, structured under Firm Fixed Price CLINs X001, X002, and X003 for executive and office support, and CLIN X004 for Contract Data Requirements List deliverables that are not separately priced.
