The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Albireo Energy, LLC to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, engineering support, and technical expertise required to safely and fully upgrade the camera system in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Requirements (SOR).
