FY26 LKSD 470 (C2 Equipment)

All questions regarding this 470 must be received in writing via email and received no later than February 6, 2026. No questions will be responded to via telephone. All questions should be directed to Greg Sweet, Coordinator of Information Technology at greg_sweet@lksd.org. Responses to any questions submitted will be posted by February 10, 2026 and can be found at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FbtcDnBuP-GKfQ7FX8TeKmm3ZeAhI8XTV_rfW3uvxAk/edit?usp=sharing.
All proposals must be sent to Greg Sweet, Coordinator of Information Technology at greg_sweet@lksd.org and David Fair, E-Rate Coordinator at erate@serrc.org. The deadline to submit all quotes will be the Allowable Contract Date (ACD) as indicated on the posted FCC Form 470. No extensions will be granted. Shipping and handling costs must be included in the proposal. Proposals received with these costs not indicated or TBD may be disqualified from consideration. The quote must itemize eligible and ineligible items of this Form 470 as per the FY26 USAC Eligible Services List. The district's preference is for the awardee to have the capacity to file SPI.
Failure to address all proposal requirements may be cause for the proposal to be disqualified.
