The Holm Center is seeking information on e-testing software to modernize assessment capabilities at the Officer Training School, where over 5,000 annual assessments must be administered through both paper-based and digital formats to accommodate inconsistent internet connectivity on campus. The solution must seamlessly interface with legacy ParTest and ParScore systems to preserve historical test item statistics and student data, while supporting dual-mode functionality that ensures uninterrupted testing during outages.
