The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, is conducting market research through a sources-sought synopsis for a surveillance camera system to be installed at the Warrant Officer Training School dormitory facilities in Montgomery, Alabama. The effort aims to identify vendors capable of supplying 15 new IP cameras—11 for interior use and 4 for exterior—that meet strict technical specifications including minimum resolution of 1080p or 4MP indoors and 8MP outdoors, 30 FPS frame rate, wide-angle field of view, infrared night vision, high dynamic range, IP67 and IK10 durability ratings, and Power over Ethernet compatibility with a minimum 2-hour UPS backup. The system must fully integrate with the existing Schneider Electric CAC access control system, enabling automatic video bookmarking upon CAC card swipes, centralized NTP time synchronization, and seamless video feed display on the security operator’s PACS dashboard. Continuous 90-day retention of audio and video recordings is required, with storage options available on-site or in the cloud, and AI-driven analytics such as facial recognition and anomaly detection are mandatory. All equipment must be brand-new, with no refurbished or used items allowed, and vendors must be certified Schneider Electric partners to ensure compatibility. Installation, training for security personnel, full documentation, and OEM warranty support are required deliverables, with acceptance occurring on-site at Building 1430 on Maxwell AFB.
