FY27-OSSE-DEL-BPA-Request for Qualifications Blanket Purchase Agreement - Behavioral Intervention Services - (CBE and Open Market)

1.1 The DC Early Intervention Program (DC EIP), Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) seeks multiple contractors to provide therapeutic behavioral intervention services in accordance with an approved Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for Part C early intervention eligible children and families as described in 34 C.F.R. The target population for this program area shall be infants and toddlers birth through 3 years of age who are residents of the District of Columbia and meet the District of Columbia definition of developmental delay (diagnosed physical or mental condition that has a high probability of resulting in developmental delay or 25% delay in one or more developmental areas) and their families. Families may select to continue to extend an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) until the first day of school following the child’s fourth birthday if the child is eligible for Part B services. This solicitation may result in one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). ** The period of performance is from Date of Award through September 30, 2027. References
