Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ, number 36C24426Q0880 for Online Wellness Classes. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This Solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB only. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 713940 Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers, with a small business size standard of $17.5 million. Contractor shall comply with all applicable wage & hour laws and is responsible for the correct wage titles. The following Wage Determination(s) are applicable. Quoter s are responsible for complying with the applicable wage determination where the place of performance is identified.
