The New York State Office of Children and Family Services is soliciting applications from established not-for-profit child care resource and referral agencies to establish Child Care Support Centers. These centers will manage regional substitute pools of qualified, vetted professionals to support licensed and registered child care programs, ensuring operational continuity and stability for families.
