G4 - Disinfecting and Sanitizing Cabinet

The Wyoming Army National Guard is soliciting the procurement of one ZONO SC 2 Double Door Disinfecting and Sanitizing Cabinet or an equivalent system for the Central Issue Facility at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. The equipment will be used to disinfect and sanitize individual Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment for soldiers. Key technical requirements include the ability to eliminate 99.9 percent of specific bacteria and viruses, a heat adder for the eradication of bed bugs and lice, and an inside placement with cart assembly. The unit must meet ASTM C1055 standards, utilize a standard NEMA 5-15R 120V receptacle, and include a three-year warranty for parts and labor. The award will be granted to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Responses must not exceed five pages and must include all salient characteristics.
