Delivery is required FOB origin with no tolerance for quantity variance, and acceptance must occur at the destination point after a 290-day delivery window, with the original required delivery date of October 14, 2026, and a need ship date of May 16, 2027. All technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which override any other standards, including ASTM D3951 for commercial packaging.
