Gage Calibration

The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources whose calibration laboratory is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited and can perform calibration of the gages and TMDE listed on the attached excel spreadsheet. Various gages are required to be picked up at Crane Army Ammunition Activity (Crane), Crane, Indiana once a week. That same day, calibrated gages will be returned. Pickup/drop-off will occur weekly, and each item is required to be calibrated and returned within one week. Approximately 1,800 - 2,500 gages require calibration each year. Additionally, on-site calibration at Crane is required one day per month. Note: Calibration items will not be shipped from/to Crane. The NAICS is 541380; the Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. Respondents to this Sources Sought Announcement should provide the following information: 1. Company Name/Address 2. Confirmation that the company has the ability to calibrate all items on the attached gage listing 6.
