This is a source-controlled item that must be manufactured and tested according to limited rights data, with a non-extendable shelf life of 18 months. The items are designated as critical application components and may be subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) under 22CFR Part 121.1, Category VIII, as they are designed for launch and recovery equipment. Delivery is required within five days after receipt of order, with the shipping point designated as FOB Origin and the final destination located in South Korea. The contract mandates strict adherence to military standards for quality and preservation, including MIL-DTL-197M for packaging, MIL-STD-129 for marking, and MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging data.
