Gallo & Bobcat Field Scoreboard Upgrades

The University of California, Merced, is seeking a contractor for the installation of new scoreboards at Gallo Gym and Bobcat Field under solicitation number 20260814043. The scope of work includes installing new electrical circuits and low voltage conduit pathways, as well as providing structural backing at Gallo Gym and constructing new footings and steel support structures at Bobcat Field following the demolition of the existing structure. While the university has already purchased the scoreboards, the contractor is responsible for all installation and structural requirements. These projects, identified as Bid CMN0000089 and CMN0000090, will be bid separately but share a single prequalification process. All work must be completed by December 10, 2026.
