This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  


Solicitation number 12445526Q0044 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for GAOA Grand Isle NRA Water System Improvement The project includes but is not limited to the following: the construction of 2 new board and batten well houses at Juniper Flats and Murray Bay locations including the installation of all necessary piping and electrical systems and the subsequent demolition of the entire existing well enclosure. Farrell Cabin work includes raising existing well casing, installation of new waterline and water spigot pedestal, and demolition of existing pedestal. Mather Lodge work includes the demolition of the existing concrete pad, installation of new concrete pad, installation of all necessary piping and electrical systems into the existing
structure that will be placed on the new concrete pad, and repairs to the building.
