The County of Lambton is seeking an occasional gardening service vendor to conduct seasonal maintenance of gardens, flowerbeds and tree rings. This work will ensure sustainable gardens and maintain the aesthetic appeal and presentation for the resident’s and visitors to the homes. The successful bidder will be required to visit the home and maintain the gardens minimum 6 times per season and include a spring and fall clean up.Work included in this scope is Weeding, edging, cultivating, mulching, trimming/ pruning, planting, fertilizing and winterizing. The successful bidder will be required to dispose of all vegetative litter including dead branches, trimmings, dead leaves and garden debris. It is required that all sidewalks/ pathways are to be swept and blown clean of any debris once work is completed or at the end of the working day.Replacement of any plants or shrubs will be extra to this contract and a Purchase Order will be issued by County of Lambton staff prior to purchasing.Please note that this contract does not include or involve any grass cutting or trimming of any of the facilitiesSee Tender Documents for full details
