The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) ITEM 1 GARNET ABRASIVE 55LB DRUMS QTY 39600; 2) ITEM 2 SHIPPING, Qty 1 LE. This requirement is sole sourced to Barton International, Six Warren Street, Glen Falls, NY 12801 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to the garnet drums being the only material acceptable to use in the current machines to remain in warranty standards.
