This is a request for information only. The Government is conducting market research to determine potential small business venders to supply the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 three (3) Gas Detector systems to detect toxic gases at ultra-sensitive levels. It must be a dual-purpose unit capable of both stationary monitoring and portable leak detection for high-accuracy gas analysis in harsh industrial and field environments. For this request, the specification required for the Gas Detector must be name brand or equal to the Honeywell SPM Flex Gas Detector. All components of the equipment and parts must be brand new. Refurbished equipment and parts are unacceptable. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL PRODUCTS ONLY. The Government reserves the right to reject any products rendered as not equal.
