Gas Dryers - Laundry

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of three (3) gas dryers for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 (Size Standard: 500 employees). The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with a firm-fixed unit price resulting from the future solicitation. This requirement is for the supply and installation of one (1) UniMac Model No.UT120RU Gas Dryer and two (2) UniMac Model UT170RU Gas Dryers. The awarded party would also be responsible for the removal of the FMC's current dryers and installation of the new dryers. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The response date for this sources sought is Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. est. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
