The item must be delivered FOB origin within 168 days, with a required ship date of January 5, 2027, and an original delivery deadline of March 8, 2027. Quality and technical requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements referenced by R or I numbers, and packaging must comply with MIL-DTL-117, Type II, Class C, Style 1, using a medium-duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bag to protect against UV deterioration, applicable to direct vendor delivery, foreign military sales, and stock shipments.
