Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has issued solicitation 2097480 for the procurement of low pressure cylinder gaskets. This solicitation was posted on January 12, 2026, with a response deadline of February 2, 2026. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Bonfire platform, where registered vendors must complete the BidTable and provide necessary supporting documentation. The scope of work requires the seller to provide supplies that strictly adhere to manufacturer part numbers, technical specifications, and drawings, with final inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination in Texas. The contract is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and includes strict delivery and payment terms. All quotes must be FOB Destination with freight costs included, as DART generally does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Payment is issued Net 30 days from the receipt of the invoice or order, whichever is later, provided invoices are submitted in triplicate to the designated email address with all required purchase order and item details. Key legal and compliance requirements include a mandatory certification that the seller does not boycott Israel and a prohibition on any pecuniary interest by public officials in the contract's performance. DART maintains the right to terminate the order for convenience or for default if the seller fails to perform within specified time periods. While the contract emphasizes that time and rate of delivery are of the essence, specific pricing and quantity data are restricted to the Bonfire portal.

**Delivery Terms Notice -** Time and rate of deliveries are of the essence of this order. Seller's failure to deliver at the time and rate specified shall be the basis for rejection and default termination by the Authority (*Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority*).
**Payment Terms Notice -** All vendors are advised that DART's payment terms are Net 30. Invoices shall be submitted (contact@example.gov) in triplicate (one copy shall be marked 'Original"), unless otherwise specified, and shall contain the following information: purchase order number; item number; purchase order description of supplies, services, or construction; sizes; quantities; unit prices; and extended totals. **Termination for Default Notice -** The Contracting Officer may by written notice terminate this order, in whole or in part, for failure of the Seller to perform any of the provisions hereof within the time periods specified. In such event, the Seller shall be liable for damages, including the excess cost of reprocuring similar supplies or services or completing construction; provided that, if (i) it is determined for any reason that the Seller was not in default, or (ii) the Seller's failure to perform is without his and his subcontractor's control, fault, or negligence, the termination shall be deemed to be a termination for convenience under paragraph 12. As used in this provision, the term "subcontractor" and "subcontractors" means subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers at any level.
