The NAICS code and associated small business size standard are noted in clause 52.204-8 in Section "K" of this solicitation. Estimated Price Range: Between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. Refer to section "L" for information regarding a pre-proposal site visit and proposal submittal requirements.
