Gateway DISN IP SATCOM Integration and Engineering Support Bridge

The Gateway DISN IP SATCOM Integration and Engineering Support contract, managed by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and administered through the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization at Scott Air Force Base, provides critical engineering, cybersecurity, systems integration, and Tier-III technical support. The scope of work focuses on the Global Enterprise SATCOM Gateway to ensure secure, tactical access to the Defense Information Systems Network for deployed forces. Booz Allen Hamilton serves as the sole-source provider for these extensions due to their specialized institutional knowledge and the requirement for personnel with active security clearances for SCIF access. The contract utilizes a hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement structure for travel, operating as a task order under the ENCORE III Full and Open Suite.
