This effort seeks a Multi-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price structure, for the design, development, manufacture, launch, and operation of a Commercial LEO Destination System to succeed the International Space Station. The system comprises three primary components: the Crew Transportation System, the Commercial LEO Destination, and the Cargo Transportation System. Performance is measured across three capability categories ranging from one-month crew tended missions to six-month standard service missions. The contract includes a base ordering period from April 2027 through April 2035, with two subsequent option periods extending the potential performance through April 2042. The total estimated price for the modification is approximately $455,000. Interested parties must have rights to the technical data package(s) for the GBU-28C/B and a signed agreement with the HTVSF contractor(s) to permit sufficient access to the weapon and fuze system data necessary to conduct the required effort.
