The City of Social Circle is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for Engineering and Design for a Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) project. The proposed Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) project consists of the construction of new curb, gutter, and sidewalk facilities along the west side of North Cherokee Road from Rose Lane to Partee Drive. The project is intended to improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and connectivity within the corridor by providing a continuous ADA-compliant pedestrian route where existing infrastructure is limited or absent.
