Special Instructions to Bidders: 1. Substitute models will be considered if it meets the minimum specifications listed above. If vehicle quoted on has additional features, provide a list of what the additional features are and the associated costs with a separate Specification sell sheet. Attach a copy of the window sticker with your bid submission. 2. Include with bid submission vehicle specifications and features that you are providing a bid for. 3. Vehicle must be inspected and has a valid safety deeming allowance for licencing, insuring, and operation in the Province of Saskatchewan. 4. Must be a new vehicle, must have low mileage or vehicle will not be accepted. 100km or less is preferred. All standard or optional equipment to be included shall be as advertised by the manufacturer (OEM) and factory installed and shall not consist of substitute or after-market equipment. 5. AC Tax, Tire Tax, Destination Fee, all other associated costs/fees, and any discounts, must be included in the quote above. 6. If the Vehicle is not located in North Battleford, SK, Vehicle MUST NOT be driven to the F.O.B Delivery Point; it must be transported to the F.O.B Delivery Point via flat deck truck or other means arranged by the dealership. Associated costs should be included in the delivery section of the above table. 7. Freight/Destination charges to be included. 8. Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information sheets along with your bid submission. 9. Provide information sheets on extended warranty options and pricing in support of pricing you provided above in the pricing table. 10.
