Interested suppliers should download solicitation document E60PV-19EQUI /C from Buyandsell.gc.ca and submit a response as per the requirements of the Request for Supply Arrangement.Lethbridge Research and Development Center has the requirement for one (1) Gel Documentation System.The mandatory technical criteria are: UV and blue light for DNA/RNA gels.Capable of imaging samples stained with ethidium bromide, SYBR Green, SYBR Safe, GelRed, fluorescein, SYPRO Ruby, Pro-Q Emerald 300 and Pro-Q Emerald 488 Glycoprotein Stain, SYTO 60, Alexa Fluor (488, 546, 647, 680, 790), DyLight (488, 550, 650, 680, 800), IRDye (680RD, 800CW), Cy Dyes and StarBrightBlue (520, 700)Colorimetric gels, like Coomassie, silver stain, Pierce stains etc.Bioluminescent samplesTrue color imaging of opaque and translucid samplesMultiplex fluorescence with 5 color channels (Blue, Green, Red, Far Red and NIR). The imaging system must include sources for excitation and emission detection of dyes excited in Blue (472±15 nm), Green (524±12 nm), Red (628±16 nm) for multiplex imaging of common visible RGB fluorescent dyes.
