The requirement is for two (2) gel electrophoresis systems with gel scanning capabilities for electrophoresis and immunofixation on serum, plasma, and urine and two (2) capillary electrophoresis systems to perform Hemoglobin electrophoresis (HGBE), serum protein electrophoresis (SPE), urine electrophoresis (UPE) and immunotyping (IT)], reagents, consumables, controls, and any necessary services (e.g., maintenance of furnished equipment) to the Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services, Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas for the purpose of Immunoassay testing under a Cost-per-Test (CPT) Agreement. All equipment and reagents/consumables shall be supplied and serviced through the Contractor to include all parts, equipment, supplies, and other services required. The services are for a base period of 01 October 2017 - 30 September 2017, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. This requirement is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition.
