Purpose of Procurement  Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide General Consulting and Management Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia By and On Behalf of Albany State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.  Albany State University has a wide variety of consultants that are used on an annual basis across the institution.  ASU is interested in understanding your firm's advisory capabilities and expertise in the following areas of management and genral consulting:
Higher Education Consulting  Development/Fundraising Consulting  Strategic Planning  Campus Operations (Dining, Transportation, Bookstore, Facilities, Procurement, Financial, etc.)  Human Resources Consulting  Event Management Consulting  Marketing and Communications Consulting  Leadership Development Training and Consulting 
Firms shoudl provide an overview of their organization, including a history of the firm and experience in providing the services for the categories on which they bid.  In addition, firms should provide referneces from colleges/univerisites for which they have performed the services on which they are submitting.  PLEASE NOTE - Firms awarded under the State of Georgia Convienence Contract for General Consulting and Management Services do not need to respond to this solicitation UNLESS you are proposing to provide services not covered by the State of Georgia contract.  Services provided by firms that overlap with the State of Georgia contract will not be eligible for award.  However, vendors who provide services not covered under the State's contract who are currently awarded by the state shall be eligible for award.    Overview of the eRFQ Process The objective of the eRFQ is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods and/or services outlined in this eRFQ to the State Entity.  This eRFQ process will be
