Firms shoudl provide an overview of their organization, including a history of the firm and experience in providing the services for the categories on which they bid. In addition, firms should provide referneces from colleges/univerisites for which they have performed the services on which they are submitting. PLEASE NOTE - Firms awarded under the State of Georgia Convienence Contract for General Consulting and Management Services do not need to respond to this solicitation UNLESS you are proposing to provide services not covered by the State of Georgia contract. Services provided by firms that overlap with the State of Georgia contract will not be eligible for award. However, vendors who provide services not covered under the State's contract who are currently awarded by the state shall be eligible for award.
