DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT Title: Request for Proposals for General Contractor Services for the Science Wing Quadrangle Landscape Project. The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), requires general contracting services for the landscaping of the Science Wing quadrangle at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON, Canada, M1C 1A4. Scope of Work Highlights: Civil and site grading works from landscaping design Supply and install of exterior light fixtures Supply and install of site services Electrical connections to adjacent Science Research building Water connections to adjacent Science Wing building Supply and install of irrigation system Supply and install of planting services and associated planting soil Supply and install of paving works ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS Submissions must be submitted electronically at: https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/102967 on, or before March 17, 2026 at 2:00:00 p.m. local time. Documentation Completed submitted and signed CCDC 11-2019 Contractor’s Qualification Statement (Pass/Fail) Provided a Surety Agreement indicating a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
