Construction works for tender in this RFT entail:• preparation of the space for the installation of the Tim Hortons Kiosk (site prep and rough-ins). This shall include flooring revisions, ceiling GWB works, relocation of lighting and mech, relocation of sprinklers, painting.• co-ordination of the work of the Tim Hortons kiosk-millwork-installers, co-ordination with UBCO stakeholders throughout construction process (UBCO Project Services, Food Services, IT and Facilities)• receiving of Tim Hortons FFE on site• providing electrical and mechanical connections from rough-in’s to outlet and plumbing/HVAC locations within the kiosk• some placement/connection of equipment (see IFT Equipment Schedule for delineation of equipment responsibilities)• project close-out, provision of as-builts, O&M
