Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Natchez, office of the City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. on September 30, 2026, and shortly thereafter shall be publicly opened and read aloud by the Office of the City Clerk in a meeting in the City Hall Conference Room, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi, for Street Cut (Utility trench) Patching, Concrete Repairs, Lay Down of Hot Mix Asphalt, Hot Mix Asphalt, Street Striping, Ready Mix Concrete, and flowable Fill within the corporate limits of the City of Natchez, Mississippi or its jurisdiction, for a six (6) month period beginning October 1, 2025 and ending March 31,2026. An award if made shall be made at the next regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen in the Council Chamber, 115 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi.
