LETTING LOCATION: D4 Procurement Conference Room POSTING DATES: 07/01/2025 and 07/08/2025 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: N/A The purpose of this Contract is to provide Generator Installation and Refueling Operations and Traffic Signal Repair Operations pursuant to a Governor s and/or President s Declaration of a State Emergency. This Contract will be a regional contract that will include counties within District Four. The Contractor shall perform Generator Installation and Refueling Operations and Traffic Signal Repair Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. REQUIRED SUBMITTALS: ?The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid, from a surety authorized to do business in the State of Florida, verifying the Contractor is bondable in the State of Florida. For the purposes of this contract, the dollar amount is established at $2,000,000.00. ?Form 575-060-13 Non-collusion Declaration and Compliance with 49 CFR &29 The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and fuel required to pick up the generators from a Department specified facility, install generators at locations identified by the Department, operate and maintain generators continuously (24 hours a day, seven days a week, without interruption) during the event, and return generators to a Department specified facility including any Temporary Traffic Control (TTC), Mobilization and Demobilization costs. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to complete the signal repair work described in this Contract, including any TTC, Mobilization and Demobilization costs. Traffic Signal Repair Operations may also include nighttime work as directed by the Department. All Generator Installation and Refueling Operations and Traffic Signal Repair Operations shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This contract will be awarded based on the total amount of $0 (zero) dollars and not the contractor s bid total. Additional funds will be added to the contract as needed. Pre-Qualified: Contractor must be pre-qualified. Awarded Contractor (s) must: ?Execute contract within 5 days. The Department may award one or more contracts for this project. ?The Contractor shall provide TTC at all times in accordance with Department Standard Plans and may include traffic control officers. PLEASE READ STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FY 2023-24 (SECTION 7-13) FOR INSURANCE LIMITS.
