Software is needed for: - 1. Calculating genetic linkage maps from a large data of genotypic DNA markers in a Sugar beet F2 population. - 2. To assign DNA markers from previous genetic maps to the new genetic map. - 3. To join previous maps with the new map - 4. Analyze quantitative trait loci in F2 population. - 5. To be MS-windows compatible and capable of drawing linkage group charts, but in note- pad or postscript format. Specifications of software to be: - 1.
